We deliver and set up your shed anywhere in California. Free within 50 miles of Galt or 30 miles of Auburn — just $4.00 per mile beyond that. Usually 7–10 business days.

Make your monthly payments and own the shed outright at the end of your term. Pay it off early anytime — no penalties.

After your RTO agreement is signed, all account questions — payments, payoff balance, returns, and account changes — are handled by our RTO partner, Rocky Top Rentals. Contact them directly for any post-purchase support.
Do I need good credit to qualify?
No. We do not run a credit check for rent-to-own agreements. All you need is a valid government-issued ID and your initial payment.
What happens if I want to return the shed?
You can return the shed at any time with no further obligation on the remaining balance. Contact Rocky Top Rentals after purchase to arrange the return — they manage all post-purchase RTO account matters.
What is the rent-to-own term length?
All rent-to-own agreements in California are 36 months. You can pay off your remaining balance early at any time with no prepayment penalty — contact Rocky Top Rentals after purchase for early payoff details.
Is delivery included with rent-to-own?
Free delivery and professional setup is included within 50 miles of our Galt location and 30 miles of our Auburn location. Beyond those free zones, we deliver anywhere in California for $4.00 per mile over the free radius.
Can I rent-to-own a custom-built shed?
Yes. Custom builds through our 3D Builder are also available on rent-to-own terms. Custom builds typically take 3–4 weeks to complete.
What if I miss a payment?
Contact Rocky Top Rentals directly as soon as possible if you anticipate a missed payment. They manage all RTO accounts after purchase and will work with you to find a solution.
